What constitutes termination of membership?

A member or dependent ceases to be a member of the Society: 1. on his/her death; 2. on his/her resignation; 3. if he/she is expelled from the Society; or 4. if the membership of the member firm or individual under which he/she is registered is terminated in terms of the Society’s Rules and the member has not applied for individual membership.
